This New York’s Iconic Hotel and Residences will open its door on 2026 here in the City of the Future -Dubai – BACCARAT Hotel and Residence.
The SH Hotels & Resorts has revealed its plans to set a new standard of glamour, prestige and perfection associated with its exclusive French marque. The hotel is part of a new ultra-luxury mixed-use development in Downtown Dubai, facing Burj Khalifa and giving a view of Dubai Frame and Dubai Creek.
Baccarat Hotel & Residences Dubai’s twin towers planned to open with-in now demolished DUBAI Pearl project and due to some haitus and issues some times years back it never projected. The Hotel took a second chance to open with a new owners “The Shamal Holdings”. This will combine a best-in-class luxury hotel with full-service branded residences. The hotel designed by the famous architect Studio Libeskind and for the interior by London base company, 1508 LONDON, worldwidely known for its subtle, expressive reinterpretations of local vernacular design languages.
The structures’ glass facades – is a reflective of desert sand, sea, and sun it evoke the exquisite luminosity of the House of Baccarat, a name associated for over two centuries with timeless objets d’art collected by kings, queens, maharajas, film and rock stars.
The hotel features 144 guestrooms, a third of them suites, along with 49 Baccarat-branded private residence. Majority of apartments have their individual lifts and swimming pools, some of which overlook the Palm Island in the Persian Gulf.
